StockX / BACKGROUND

The first launchpad on Tuven.

StockX was established with support from Hong Kong-listed company 0464.HK and 香港RWA生态国际联合会 (Hong Kong RWA Ecosystem International Federation). These institutions initiated Tuven to serve the digitization of real-world assets worldwide.

StockX / STRATEGY

From real assets to deployable liquidity.

The strategy connects equity holdings, trade execution and on-chain liquidity through overseas regulated brokers, organizing financing and execution channels for issuance and subsequent trading.

PLANNED ARCHITECTURE

Three layers connect assets and issuance.

Brokerage access, custody reconciliation, market making and settlement are planned capabilities. Availability depends on actual integrations and applicable arrangements.

01 / 03

Asset access

Planned broker APIs connect equity positions, prices and execution. Custody records and periodic reconciliation link underlying assets, account entitlements and on-chain records for valuation and disclosure.

02 / 03

Liquidity execution

Eligible financing, capital allocation and professional market making aim to fund quotes and market depth. RFQ and liquidity pools provide execution channels, with exposure limits, collateral haircuts and capital buffers.

03 / 03

On-chain management

Planned contracts manage issuance rules, allocation and settlement. Oracles, permissions and audit records connect off-chain assets, with controls for market closures, price gaps and cross-market settlement timing.

Why equity liquidity?

01 / 03

Established pricing and trading

Public prices, ongoing disclosures and trading networks provide a more standardized basis for valuation, execution and risk management.

02 / 03

Capital for ongoing trading

Eligible financing and market-making arrangements can organize deployable capital to manage inventory and replenish depth after issuance.

03 / 03

A scalable financial interface

Standardized brokerage access, custody reconciliation, risk management and settlement could serve multiple projects and other eligible assets.

LONG-TERM VALUE

Connect every issuance to more enduring capital.

StockX aims to grow from an issuance tool into a platform for asset access, allocation and execution. Its strength depends on accessible liquidity and effective fund management through volatility.

Equity assets support specific financing and liquidity arrangements. A project token’s value depends on its own rights, business and market. Planned capabilities do not imply live services or guaranteed returns.
